Some are also hosted as official Rugged events throughout the year
THE RUGGED STANDARD
Every Rugged Challenge follows the same principle.
• It must be completed in full
• It must be tracked and verifiable
• It must be honest
This is not about perfection.
It is about integrity.
If you cut corners, the only person you cheat is yourself.

You may split the distance however you choose.
Intervals, blocks or halves.
The only non negotiable rule:
21km must be run
21km must be walked
This challenge is not about speed.
It is about control.
Discipline is running when you want to walk.
Discipline is walking when you want to quit.
