Cancellation policy

RUGGED Subscribe & Save

RUGGED subscriptions are supplied by RUGGEDUK LTD. Our current Subscribe & Save plan renews every 30 days. You pay the subscription price shown for each order, plus any applicable delivery charge shown at checkout.

Manage, pause or cancel

There is no minimum number of payments on our current Subscribe & Save plan. You can cancel or pause your subscription, or skip an upcoming payment, through your Seal Subscriptions customer portal. Make the change before the next scheduled payment is processed to prevent that renewal.

If you need help accessing your subscription or want to request cancellation, email theruggedjames@gmail.com using the email address associated with your subscription. Include your order number if available.

Orders already processed

Cancelling future renewals does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed. Contact us promptly if you need help with an existing order. Your statutory cancellation rights and our returns and refund policy continue to apply to eligible physical-product purchases.

One-time purchases do not renew automatically. Castle to Castle event bookings follow the separate challenge cancellation terms in our returns and refund policy.
